What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on construction and finish — a jacquard runs differently from a plain twill. Tell us what you are making and we will confirm the minimum with your quote.
Do you provide samples?
Complimentary colour swatches are available for every product type. Custom sampling — your artwork, your construction — is quoted per project.
What are your lead times?
Lead times vary by construction and are confirmed with every quotation, so the date you plan against is the date we commit to.
Which languages do you work in?
English, 中文, Türkçe and Oʻzbek. Whichever you write in, we reply within one business day.
Can we visit the mills?
Yes — mill visits are arranged by appointment at any of our five facilities across China, Uzbekistan and Türkiye.
