( 04 ) — SUSTAINABILITY

premium, responsibly made.

Sustainability is the fibre we start with, not a label added at the end. Certified materials, traceable supply chains, and one factory-direct partner accountable for every stage in between.

( 01 ) — OUR APPROACH

built in from day one.

We do not retrofit responsibility onto finished goods. Every TOLOTEX programme begins with certified, traceable materials — and because we weave, dye and print in facilities we operate ourselves, nothing is hidden behind a supply chain we cannot see.

Factory-direct means full visibility: our clients know how their goods are made, where they are made, and who is accountable at every stage — from fibre to finished bolt.

( 02 ) — MATERIALS

three fibres, chosen with intent.

Raw cotton bolls beside ivory and navy cotton yarn balls on cream linen FIBRE 01 · ORGANIC COTTON

E·01

Certified organic cotton

Grown without synthetic pesticides and fully traceable from field to mill. A soft, breathable staple fibre that takes dye well and wears in, not out.

  • Certified and traceable at every step
  • Grown without synthetic pesticides
  • Woven into custom weights in our own mills
Folded natural linen with slubbed weave, flax seed stems and an orange selvedge thread FIBRE 02 · EUROPEAN LINEN

E·02

European linen

A naturally cool, durable bast fibre with a low-impact growing profile. Linen breathes, softens with use, and brings a distinct dry hand that no synthetic can imitate.

  • Naturally cool and highly durable
  • Low-impact fibre by nature
  • Sourced from European flax through vetted supply chains
Rows of recycled polyester yarn spools in ivory, navy and one burnt orange FIBRE 03 · RECYCLED POLYESTER

E·03

Recycled polyester

Reclaimed PET given a second life as performance yarn — the strength, colour-fastness and easy care of polyester, with a lighter footprint than virgin fibre.

  • Made from reclaimed PET
  • Performance properties, lighter footprint
  • Available across custom weights and weave structures
( 03 ) — RESPONSIBLE MANUFACTURING

less waste is a process decision.

Owning every stage of production lets us design waste out of the process instead of managing it afterwards.

01

Traceable supply chains

Certified fibres move through vetted, documented supply chains — we know the origin of what we weave.

02

Right-first-time colour matching

Lab-matched dyeing gets the colour right the first time, reducing the waste that comes with re-dyeing.

03

Quality gates at every stage

Inspection-gated production under our ISO 9001 system catches faults early and reduces rejects.

04

Continued investment

We keep investing in lower-impact processes across our facilities — sustainable development is one of our six core capabilities, not a side project.

( 04 ) — TRANSPARENCY

see where your goods are made.

Because there are no middlemen, there is nothing between our clients and our mills. Factory-direct means you see exactly where and how your goods are produced.

Mill visits are welcome by appointment, and certification documents are available on request with any quotation.
