( 02 ) — MATERIALS

the fibres we work with.

Every fibre family behaves differently on the loom and in the hand. We help you choose the right one for the garment, not the other way round.

FibreCharacterTypical applications
Organic cotton Soft, breathable and easy to dye; certified organic cultivation avoids synthetic pesticides and fertilisers. Shirting, wraps, everyday apparel fabrics, lightweight accessories.
European linen Naturally cool and durable, with a dry hand and a characteristic slubbed texture that softens with wear. Summer apparel, tailoring, home textiles, premium casualwear.
Recycled polyester Strong, dimensionally stable and quick-drying, made from reclaimed material rather than virgin fibre. Performance fabrics, linings, blends where durability matters.
Silk twill Lustrous surface with a fluid drape; holds printed colour with exceptional depth and definition. Printed scarf squares, luxury accessories, occasionwear.
Wool blends Warm, naturally elastic and crease-resistant; blending balances softness, weight and cost. Shawls, stoles, cold-season scarves and wraps.
( 03 ) — CONSTRUCTIONS

engineered on the loom.

W·01

Twill

Diagonal rib structure — durable, drapes well, hides soil. The workhorse of apparel cloth.

W·02

Satin

Long floats for a smooth, lustrous face and a fluid hand. Built for sheen.

W·03

Jacquard

Pattern woven into the structure itself, not printed on — texture you can feel.

W·04

Herringbone

Broken-twill zig-zag with a tailored character — the suiting classic.

( 04 ) — FORMATS & FINISHING

cut, hemmed, ready for your label.

Scarves and shawls leave the mill as finished retail pieces. Standard formats below — custom dimensions are woven and cut on request.

FMT·01

100 × 100 cm

The classic silk-twill square — our signature format for printed scarf programmes, bordered or all-over.

FMT·02

110 × 110 cm

The grand square — extra drape for statement headscarves and hijab styling, in silk or cotton.

FMT·03

120 × 120 cm

The maxi square — full coverage for shawl-style wraps and modest-fashion collections.

FMT·04

75 × 195 cm

The stole — long, directional designs in silk, modal and lightweight cotton, hemmed or fringed.

01

Hemming

Hand-rolled, machine-rolled or fringed edges, finished in-house to match the weight and drape of the cloth — the detail buyers check first.

02

Branding

Woven labels, printed labels and hang tags applied at the mill, so every piece leaves ready to merchandise under your name — not ours.

03

Packaging

Polybag, tissue wrap or gift-box presentation, packed for retail or wholesale distribution and labelled to your carton specification.

( 05 ) — MADE TO YOUR SPEC

built around your order.

01
